Because i find that the female body is far more appealing than a males body, its probebly because the female body has such a pretty shape!
Dont get me wrong, i love males too, but ive never draw "that" and it feels wierd to even try XD
being a girl myself, it is just more compfertable for me to draw a female body rather than a male.
or does that confuse you?????
